The Dr Surkont is nice, however, I don’t know what her name is, but the girl at reception wearing a hijab is just terrible. She genuinely seems to hate her job, i’ve been here twice and both times she acted the same. However, the other receptionist next to her seems very nice and seems to want to help clients.

I am SO grateful for the staff at the Edmonton Specialists Clinic. Tracy, at reception, is wonderful! She is not only kind & empathetic, but she goes above and beyond to help. Dr. Makus seems to genuinely care about his patients and wants to help ease their pain in any way he can. I can honestly say that the clinic has exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate their efforts, compassion and expertise.

Right from the start, this clinic was wonderful . The reception that booked our appointment was very kind. When we arrived, we were told our appt was canceled, as they could not get a hold of us to confirm. This was a mistake on our part. The receptionist, Sharma I believe did not hesitate to make it happen. She was very compassionate. We appreciate her so much. We got in to see Dr Surkont, and he was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and I left feeling a lot less stressed. Thank you all.

I had a really great experience, not only with the thorough assessment from a Dr that not only listen to all my concerns, but took the time to not only explain the physical condition, but numerous potential treatments and how they would effect my overall health. I have to say the receptionist that I spoke to on the phone to confirm the appointment seemed very professional. Dr. Surkont was great when I met with him. Reception is awful. When asking about booking an appointment with a doctor, I was told I called the wrong number and was given the same number I just called to schedule an appointment (I didn't think to double check this on the call, because why would reception give me the same number I just called in order to book an appointment). On the second call I was given the fax line, so I called back to the primary number again after being greeted by a fax machine on the fax line. On the th... read more
