Paul was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the product is and how the treatment works. This is definitely a fly by night company. My goodness - I am horrified at the service I just received! This rude man came into my home, did not remove his shoes, proceeded to grunt at us to move things, spent all of maybe 5 minutes spraying down mostly my floor (and proceeded to leave it that way) and left! I was expecting to have to pull apart each piece of my sectional, to have this man put drop cloths down, spray each piece fully, and to clean up any mess. Nope. Gentleman was absolutely rude, even with proof on my receipt gave serious attitude about spraying my couch and chair. Purchased the same day! Dragged my couch and table across my floor, and when he left my floor was soaked
Not sure why there is only 1 star reviews I got my couch delivered on Saturday, I got a call this morning saying they could fit me in between the hours of 5-9 PM I got a call around 4:10 asking if he could come in early or if I need him to come for 5 as that was the scheduled time frame Greg came in and was very kind, very sweet to my dog (extremely prepared for any pets might I add) and sprayed everything throughly, gave me a run down with the warranty and and this was all done within 30 minutes, obviously I won’t need to r... read more
