If I could give ZERO stars I would. No show on first appointment, wife took time from work. No showed on second appointment, wife also took time off work. Had the audacity to leave me a voicemail the day before the second no show that they would charge me $20 if nobody answered the door! 0/10 would not recommend. Leon’s is sending me the spray, and I’ll do it myself.
The cleaner was very friendly and showed up within the allotted time frame. Also received a call this morning to confirm the appointment. All very professional. We had already pulled our sectional apart so can't comment on that aspect. We did have to mop up the floors afterwards.
I couldn't be more impressed with the Edmonton Magi Seal service I received! Paul was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the product is and how the treatment works. This is definitely a fly by night company. My goodness - I am horrified at the service I just received! This rude man came into my home, did not remove his shoes, proceeded to grunt at us to move things, spent all of maybe 5 minutes spraying down mostly my floor (and proceeded to leave it that way) and left! I was expecting to have to pull apart each piece of my sectional, to have this man put drop cloths down, spray each piece fully, and to clean up any mess. Nope.
