I have been at Edmonton House for a bit over a year now and it has been a pretty good place to live. The location works great for me and the building is kept in decent shape. One thing I really appreciate is the security here. Pankaj, the security guard, is super friendly and easy to chat with. He is always around when you need something and really makes you feel safe living here.
Rude , greedy , selfish staff . Building has bugs and they threatened to take to collections to wreck your credit.
Ever since Leston Holdings took over this building has zero amenities. We used to have concierge to receive packages, you literally can’t even get your mail delivered because there is never anyone at the desk to let them in the building. I can’t wait till my lease is up, this place is dirty and overpriced. The website where you pay your rent always has something wrong with it and won’t load. I honestly think they do it on purpose so they can ad late fees. If I didn’t have an epic view of the river valley I’d be gone already.
Got locked out of my unit on a Sunday, no security or anyone at the desk, call the security number it goes straight to voicemail… absolutely zero customer service. Literally the most expensive place you can live that doesn’t even remotely deliver on value. This building should be condemned and re-built. The garbage smell in the hallway is rotten. There is rarely staff or security at the desk if you need something. Trapped in a year long lease.
While I’ve only lived here a short time, I do have to say that I’ve mostly enjoyed it. The leasing agent I had the pleasure of meeting was Manodi. Her personality and customer service attitude is top notch. I also interacted with Susan quite a bit while she’s been working the concierge. She is very welcoming and upbeat whenever I’ve chatted with her. The new property manager, Ren, has been very accommodating and I’m sure she will fit right in with everyone.
