No warning when I moved in that jack hammers would be blaring through the building 9-5 every single day for parkade maintenance. I am a night shift worker. It’s been 3 months since I slept a full 8 hours without being woken up multiple times daily. Absolute hell. Avoid, avoid, avoid. this building is just getting worse and worse, every year we have to deal with their renovation, and they are inconsiderate with people who work the night shift. you get absolutely 0 sleep during the day
Renovation noise all the time. If you're a person working from home this is not a right place. Arrogant and rude management. No cleanliness in common areas. Less water pressure. You will have to spend hours together to have a bath in slow water pressure. In winters - no proper heating facility. You feel cold inside your unit. Biggest regret ever for me is to choose Edmonton house to live.
