Seriously, do not rent here. It is so loud with construction noise inside the building that it is not safe for pets or tenants. The drilling and hammering sounds occur daily from 8am to around 9pm, every day. My poor cat is terrified all the time from the extreme noise. The current leasing company, Leston Holdings, does not seem care about the disruptions caused to resident lives due to noise over the past two years. Horrible. We have been in the building almost 6 years but Leston holdings took over 2 years ago and it’s the absolute worst now. No security, no response from management. The garbage shoots smell so bad that we can smell it in our apartment. There are homeless people in the lobby and no security so you have to try and get in the door without letting them in but often they get in behind us. Absolutely nothing but regret signing this lease. Cockroach and Carpet Beatles . Security is almost never present. I do t feel safe coming over to visit my boyfriend because there are always homeless people in the lobby trying to get inside. I have to get him to come get me. This place is awful and we can’t wait until his lease is up.
We moved here two years ago. The previous management company was much more professional. Now I've been trying to sign a lease for a month; every day they promise to do it tomorrow. We've been living without a signed lease for two weeks. The previous company inspected the property and drew up a lease within an hour. “My experience with Edmonton House under the management of Ren was extremely poor. The building is filled with the smell of marijuana., and the management does not respond, even though I am consistent with my payments. After they changed their website, everyone faced payment issues, including me , they send me an eviction warnings , This issue mostly happens to everyone every month, and there is no intervention from the management.
