This place (Unit 7C) where the manager (name Shelly) never respond to any of my concerns, too busy or don’t care and the doctor is hardly around. If you have other places to stay, STAY AWAY from this place.
Staff is amazing!!
Horrible staff, horrible food, zero communication and zero compassion and assistance. Our family was so disappointed when told our father had to come here, especially since we all live in a small community outside Edmonton where the medical services were 1000 times better. We’re disgusted by the fact that this place exists how it does.
Earlier today, Feb 24th, 2025 my partner called to book an appointment at the STI clinic, to get some test done. The receptionist was so abrupt and rude. If you hate your job just say so or if you are having a bad day just don't show up at work it's that simple.
