I dont have much else to say, other than, they refused to let me be in the diagnostic rooms and the office with Dr. Rasouli. My wife is a chronic stroke survivor. Surprised this office is still operating.
Got in quickly. Staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Rasouli is excellent.
Dr. Rasouli coded my stroke as "non-specific visual findings" Belittled me in the sense that she insinuated that I didn't understand my own headache profile, separated me from my partner and left me entirely alone in HUMPHREY SITA while yelling "hey, my vision is blacking out in the corners? I cant see?" Into a void I found out later that it was a BRAO, I am only 32 and it has anastomosis which means she missed something genuinely serious and incredibly rare... but my file is riddled with vascular events. So friendly and quick.
They stuff multiple people into the same exam room and will rush to run away without wanting to discuss options. They are in a hurry to not help.
