I called Edmonton Exterminators Ltd. after buying an older home and worrying we might have mice. Chris came out and was honest, professional, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He explained that we likely don’t have mice, which I really appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable, easy to have around, and great with my crazy dogs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shawn was such a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and took the time to educate me regarding the safety of their products, as well as what was deemed necessary and what was not required. I would not hesitate getting Shawn back to our home. It was also wonderful to hear him speak so highly of the family who owns this company, as well as his colleagues …a rarity these days.

Some problems, like cockroaches, may require multiple treatments. Edmonton Exterminators' price is reasonable, but they charge full price for repeat visits. Thus, it is in their best interest to do a mediocre job so the problem resurfaces. Find an exterminator that guarantees their work.

So Mike and Gerry have been absolutely fabulous. So responsive in helping me with a problem that I had with a renting my house to a friend . On the first appointment when nothing thing was ready. They were willing to wait and come back in an hour to give us a chance to get at least some of the pre Op done. After that, we had them come back The second time to do the baiting treatment.
