I rented out the place for an anniversary party and while the party ran semi-smoothly I had some issues. First of all, the lady at the front desk was using her phone for almost the entirety of the time when one was speaking to her. We had to get her attention multiple times. Second, I was never informed about the day I was supposed to pick up the key, nor was it on the contract, so I simply thought that the day of the party I would go to the town hall and get the key.
