Provider was instantly dismissive, horrible bed side manner, did not even introduce himself, instead just dove into providing very vague surgical info and the briefest of medical exams on our child. Did not directly answer our questions or concerns- basically a take it or leave it medical approach leaving everything to be desired when it comes comprehensive quality patient card. I have 3 boys, my last two were born during Covid, and the hospital was not doing circumcisions in house. I was referred to Dr. Edmundson. Within seconds of entering the room he had a clearly rehearsed speech about how most newborns should not be circumcized at birth, and told me my only option was doing my child's circ at one year old under anesthesia!! He then followed up with " now you could spend your time worrying about putting you child under anesthesia, but it would be a waste of your time, its totally safe." This mad... read more
