Did this general practitioner answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

The best, and only good, thing I can say about Dr. Edmondson is that he was nice, though unfortunately the same cannot be said of his staff. Calls were repeatedly unreturned and medication refills were not called in before the office closed for the weekend, despite the practice explicitly saying that they would be. Time spent in the waiting room AFTER my scheduled appointment time regularly exceeded an hour. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Does this general practitioner use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Would you recommend this general practitioner to others? I Already Have Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
