Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
