The worse communication I've ever had. Try to get a refund for my husband, who was overcharged, but no response to my countless phone calls, messages, emails. Should go out of business
This place is THE BEST. From front desk (which is friendly, helpful, and efficient) to the actual physical therapy. I am grateful for each of the therapists (and their assistants as well) and their expertise. I can't recommend them highly enough!
I came in a few months ago to see Dr. Barrett for my back pain and we decided on a conservative approach. He wrote me a steroid prescription that he said I could have filled when the pain got intolerable. I called a few times and left messages on the offices prescription line and no one ever returned my calls. Bu the time I finally got someone to call me back, almost a month later, they told me Dr. Barrett was no longer part of their practice and there was no such note for my prescription. This clinic is impossible to reach if you are an existing client. They will not fight insurance on your behalf. They provide misdiagnosis, and will not revisit their diagnosis when they are wrong, even though other providers say you need it. After being passed around to 3 providers I feel I need to take my business to a clinic who cares about their patients.
