Straightforward , honest, courteous, answered all my questions. Did not push surgery, we’re going the conservative route for now knowing surgery is probably in my future. Very thankful
Dr Cristal is personable, listens well, answers questions fully, doesn’t talk down to the patient and clearly knows his stuff. He is a refreshing example of a surgeon who is clearly interested in serving the patient and not his ego, as some specialists can be.
