Mark edmond is more of a slum lord than a land lord. First I moved into an apartment with a stove that's very ancient. I didn't know there was something wrong until a few weeks after I moved in to use it. Long story short. I been here 3 years and he still refuses o replace it. Landlord is very unprofessional.. first I asked for spare keys since I'm helping my wife, he said he needs to do a background check, mine is clean, then asked for $50 for the spare keys, I never received it so I asked for a refund months later.. Often, there is unhealthy relationship between the tenant and the one leasing the property. That's not the case here. My landlord helped get me through college when I couldn't get afford the travel costs. He's not perfect, but he genuinely cares about his tenants and will go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied with their experience. Just make sure you have the rent... He's a business man; not a charity case.
