I am beyond disappointed. I have brought all of my children to this office for over two years. At our appointment today, the receptionist informed us that my child’s insurance was not active. The receptionist was able to see my husband is the policyholder, and his insurance is active. We explained that we would contact the insurance company immediately to obtain a reference number so the appointment could proceed, but we were told we had only 15 minutes to do so or we would lose the appointment. My daughter has been going to Edmond Pediatrics for over a year and a half now and we have always received great care. We first saw Dr. Betsy Cherian for the first couple of visits, and she was great, but unfortunately she left to go to another hospital. We’ve been seeing Dr. Zach ever since. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend for new parents or parents looking for a new practice.

As a new mother, my experience with Edmond Pediatrics — especially under the care of Dr. Kristin Kosanke, MD — has been nothing short of traumatic. From the start, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. But the real issue was the dismissive, uncaring attitude of Dr. Kosanke. Every time I raised concerns about my newborn, I was brushed off like I was overreacting. My partner and I felt unheard, unsupported, and forced to look elsewhere for answers.
