Very impressed with Dr. Pack. He was kind and caring, expressed importance and got to the point. I’m glad I didn’t have to go in and try to ask all the questions about my wants and needs as I was able to get them right from the start with him. Being on the same page. But I get the impression if I wasn’t, he would listen and work with my comfort level. He’s professional but has an insight for looking out for his patients.
One of my OB providers since I was 18 years old. The office still looks the same and Dr. Pack asked the right questions and helped me with what I needed which was a WOMAN’S exam that I haven’t been getting done over the laat couple of years because I wasn’t comfortable going to other OBGYN providers. I’ve always been able to get an appointment scheduled at this provider’s office and always have good things to say even when I don’t have the resources to do so. So close to 5 stars for the whole office, save for one little, but important thing. Five stars belong to Dr. Pack for sure - yes he’s busy, but he’s warm, caring and truly authentic. I feel seen as a “person” not a patient and NOT as someone who provides payment. The only hitch in my visit was the nurse (not sure if CNA, tech or what) did not introduce herself and say: “Hi! Dr Pack was excellent, but getting the specialist referral was exhausting. The girl who they use was difficult to understand and her follow through was not the best. Everyone else was great!
