I am extremely disappointed with the way the office manager at Dr. Lee’s office treated my elderly mother. My mother called the office seeking medical assistance and guidance. During the conversation, the office manager repeatedly interrupted her, would not allow her to finish speaking, and spoke in a rude and dismissive manner. I am very disappointed with my experience at this podiatry office in Monterey Park. The office manager treated my elderly mother with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. Throughout the interaction, her tone was impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. Very, very important to have a podiatrist, especially for elderly people. This doctor is amazing at the same time. He’s very funny very active and I can tell he loves working with his patience and helping the community where his heart touches many lives… I am very, very happy with this doctor my first visit was very welcomed and he’s not afraid of anything, he clipped my nails, cleaned my toes and gave me a lot of lots of good life advice. Dr Lee is great! The therapist is absolutely the best! The office manager is rude, nasty and definitely is a detriment to this business! Her name is Katie and though I realise she thinks she's being effective. She is incredibly inefficient! She made making an appointment extremely difficult! Just a note Dr Lee get rid of the anchor that's going to drown your business!
