Have been using Edmond Hyundai service for years and they have done good work and always have very kind staff.
Their service department will just try to find ways to screw over or blame stuff On other things so they can get money. Don't take your cars to the dealerships service mechanics or any of them. On day tried to tell me that I had rodent. Eat through the hose, and I took it to someone else because they were wanting to charge $500 to replace a hose. And he said, there's no way those marks are from a rodent. Hyundai will just fight anyway, so they don't have to pay to get it fixed.
Where to begin? First of all, I had a great experience buying my car from Edmond Hyundai. Too bad their service department will be the reason I never buy another car there. First of all, let's address Patrick. Patrick is the rudest customer service agent I have ever met in my entire life. He called my husband a liar no less than three times. I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum from TJ Stock at Edmond Hyundai and a deal was made between the Sales Manager Patrick, TJ, and I that IF they not only checked but REPLACED the struts and control arm I would buy the car. I picked my car on March 7th 2026 and bought it March 9th 2026 after being TOLD they had done the service and everything was perfect. That was the first of many lies. I waited for 2.5 hours, and no one contacted me except for a text message I received 1 hour and 21 minutes after dropping off my car. I also sent a message to my service representative, but I still received no response. I have had concerns about Edmond Hyundai service before. Unfortunately, the experience was still not good. While writing this review, no one has reached out to me.
