This is the most horrible experience my car's been there for over 3 due to an engine recall..They tired to upsell me could not afford it. Since I said no. Continuous runaround and now my battery doesn't work and they want $300. No one will help me left several messages for a week for managers and still no call back...I've had to call corporate and they're investigating . I spend a lot of time at this service center. Most of the time, they have free coke zeros and good snacks, but sometimes I am there for over 3 hours on my days off.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I messed up and gave them a great review because they kept asking me to when I first started to work with them. I should have waited about two months. I am a single lady and they basically took advantage of that and the fact I didn’t really know much about buying a car! I asked for my tags, tax and title to be added into my loan and all I was told by Matthew was that they didn’t do that anymore! I didn’t know any better and I trusted him.
