Patrick was great The loaner car was awesome they fixed my car unfortunately it wasn't washed like it should have been with the Hyundai promise I did ask them they didn't wash it didn't get a receipt I requested a receive via email still haven't got my receipt via email they fixed my car which was under warranty that was great I just had to pay the deductible did give me an oil change and I paid for the additive those other services they said I needed were just a little overpriced for me I can take it somewhere else a lot ch... read more
They are INCREDIBLY slow. Plan to spend at least 3 hours waiting for an oil change
This is the most horrible experience my car's been there for over 3 due to an engine recall..They tired to upsell me could not afford it. Since I said no. Continuous runaround and now my battery doesn't work and they want $300. No one will help me left several messages for a week for managers and still no call back...I've had to call corporate and they're investigating .
