Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff are very kind and caring. I was in dire pain and they squeezed me into their busy schedule to take care of my pain. I was extremely grateful that they cared enough to get me in the same day that my dentist called. Dr Sullivan was AMAZING!!!! This was my first root canal and I was apprehensive to say the least. When I walked into the exam room, I found a blanket and pillow!!! Warm! What a joy!! Both the staff and Dr put me at ease from the start! The Dr was direct and precise. Absolutely NO pain!!! I actually fell asleep 2 or 3 times during the procedure!! Not joking! I really did!!! I called Dr. Sullivan's office after a few days of struggling with a toothache and they were able to get me in the same day. All of the staff were friendly and warm. Dr. Sullivan met with me and though it was towards the end of the day, took great care and time in explaining my issue. He also asked questions and led me through a couple of "tests" to rule out certain factors. Dr. Sullivan offered to do the root canal which put him there past 5:00. Dr. Jackson is just a crazy doctor from Kansas City where they have those crazy little women who someone’s gonna get me one. All kidding aside I think he is a very professional DDS and his staff and technicians are also professional, and they are all very educated. they may be a little crazy, but they are all do a fantastic job. I love, love, love these guys!!! They are so nice. I had a badly aching, throbbing tooth and they got me in that morning and fixed me right up. Dr. Sullivan is the best at the numbing injections. Hardly felt them. Run, don't walk to Palm Endodontics.
