This is the 3rd time i have been back to ECA for major repairs. I drive 40 min from Blanchard to bring my car here for service because they are efficient and professional. Renee and his team are some of the best in oklahoma, no nonsense and no gimmicks, just quality work!
I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a business. I brought my vehicle here expecting basic customer service and instead was met with hostility and profanity. Yes profanity. I was actually cursed at by someone representing this shop.
