This used to be run by a top notch team who made customer service and satisfaction their objective. Unfortunately now they are rude and do a poor job of cleaning. After 2 runs through my car is still bug splattered and the help was rude and threatening

Nope—auto car washes are notorious for damage. Kenny was great but less can be said of other management. You either admit it and risk fraudsters or risk losing a loyal customer by not admitting fault. So now an angry review when I had requested my membership be cancelled bc of this incident. Still charged after this request…let’s hope this is resolved soon
RecommendedJust an ez way to get a clean car. They have the free vacuums and in minutes you leave with a clean car inside and out.
Haven’t been to this one in over a year and it’s gone down hill since they changed ownership. Had to change vacuum spots 3 times in order to find one that would vacuum properly, and idk what they’ve done to their brushes but they scratched the crap out of my hood and trunk. Will not be going back.
RecommendedDavid was very knowledgeable and courteous. I have a lifted truck, he measured me and got me right in there I was so happy I bought a membership.
