Had an excellent experience purchasing a Toyota Highlander from Edmark. The sale person, Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable about the various Toyota models and how they compared to our old, non Toyota vehicle. She communicated well and was a big help in getting the deal closed. Tony, the finance person, did a great job getting us through all of the closing documents. Very impressed with the technology they have incorporated into the finance piece.
Went there for my 20,000 mile check up and oiled change. I had an appointment and I stayed. It took over an hour for them to get my car done. When I went to get back into it they had changed all of my seat settings and steering wheel. My seat was all the way up to the steering wheel. I had to adjust everything back. I have severe back issues and have had surgery on my back. So I had my seat were it was comfortable for me. I still haven't got it back to normal. I am extremely unhappy with this service.
