I give four stars for my previous experience with the parts department but three stars for my first experience, yesterday, with the service department. My wife and I both have Toyotas; me, a 2018 RAV4 and her, a recently purchased 2023 4Runner. Edmark is the closest Toyota dealership to our home in Star. Edmark Toyota made buying from out of state easy. We live in Utah, so almost the whole deal ran over text, and our salesman answered fast every time. They got the factory hitch installed before delivery, sorted out a VIN mix-up with my lender in a few texts, and set up my ride from the Boise airport so I could fly in and drive home the same day. They even found the charging cable I left behind. My wife loves the car.
We dealt with AJ. He was a pleasure to work with. The buying process was easy and very smooth. We love our new Sequoia!
Took in a 2019 Corolla for service with 52,000 miles. It's a manual (stick shift) and gets regular service and oil changes. So disappointing how DISHONEST these dealerships are. You give them money to maintain your car and their main goal is to rip you off in return! So sad! They recommended parts and service for things that don't even apply to stick shift.
