As part of my service, the tires were rotated. Your guys left the spare tire area in the back a mess. They couldn't even straighten up the mats in the rear. They left the mats folded up and my stuff that I keep in the back all over the place. Must have been in a hurry. Why don't you wash our vehicles anymore?
