EDM motors really looked after me by providing excellent service and value for money. Personal touch Jack provides and the genuine interest he has for the industry is second to none. I recommend anyone to deal with this business. Very trustworthy and exceptional customer service.
Steer clear of these guys. Was really keen to buy a specific car from them but after taking it for a test drive it's clear they don't get mechanics to check these cars properly prior to listing them as ready to be sold. Meanwhile the guy had the nerve to bad mouth other dealers at car city calling them rotten apples that spoil the bunch. Sorry EDM you are the rotten apple at car city.
Was really appreciative of the knowledge of EDM Ringwood staff when I went in looking for a car that suited needs. Really understanding and helpful. Will certainly keep them in mind for future purchases as well.
Be extremely cautious before signing any contract with EDM Motors. I was told verbally that my deposit would be fully refunded if my finance application was rejected. Based on that assurance, I signed the contract — trusting the salesperson. Unfortunately, my finance was rejected, and I cancelled the contract within 48 hours. Despite that, they took over 4-5 months to process the refund — and even then, I only received a small portion back, losing nearly 80% of my deposit.
