Unprofessional ! No proper or appropriate protocols in place. Complete lack of or no communication from owner who ignores issues between staff and issues related to client concerns while favoring Nigerian/African nurses over others. Owner herself is NOT a nurse and has zero knowledge of nursing skills or patients needs. She seems nice until you start to question things then she'll go silent because she doesn't want to address actual concerns that she doesn't find relevant. Very passive aggressive.
