Front desk staff unprofessional and disrespectful. Having used these doctors since the 90’s it’s been hard to see the standards fall to such a low level. The doctors are still great but the front desk staff are going to bring the business down.
Getto conduct at front desk! After years of service without issue, one afternoon while in route to the “ER”, I decided to stop my child by, for a recommendation from a pediatrician regarding an emergency. The hospital usually ask if the problem has been communicated to the family pediatrician.
