I have lived at Edlandria for six years. They have been excellent the entire time. The rent is very competitive for the area. The apartments are clean. The staff is excellent. The area is safe with many wholesome working class families. More than anything though I have been very impressed with their service. They have never tried to nickel and dime me. If I ever had a problem, even major ones, maintenance immediately came and dealt with the problem.
Used to be a great place. Nowadays if you walk around you will smell Marijuana off and on and even if your windows are open. Management is incapable to take any action against that because of their policies. Despite no smoking community this issue is something I feel is unfixable. They issue 2 parking permit per apartment. Strange thing is 1 or 2 bed get treated same. That means an apartment with 2 occupants and one with 4 gets only 2 parking spots.
