My experience with EDL has been nothing but exceptional. Right from my first communications with Aaron and Devon going over the project details to the Instal with Wyatt and Zack, everyone was super nice and professional and their work met all my expectations and beyond. EDL came out to my condo unit to address low water pressure in my unit. Instead of checking the unit directly first, they checked the whole building and then billed me $700 for the labor. The issue was in the unit valves and they didn’t actually fix anything or replace anything . $700 is absurd for an issue that could have been addressed in 5 min. Have been dealing with EDL for a number of years, they are my go to people for any of my HVAC needs, always prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend them.
Our company has been using EDL for a while on the plumbing side, which has been outstanding; we have recently used the electrical side of the company, and our first experience went flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.
If you want a maintenance company for your building you won't find better. They are not the cheapest because cheap is cutting corners, but they are reasonable, they do great work, their techs are great , their dispatch is amazing, I will never go back to anyone else now.
