If you want a maintenance company for your building you won't find better. They are not the cheapest because cheap is cutting corners, but they are reasonable, they do great work, their techs are great , their dispatch is amazing, I will never go back to anyone else now.
We had an after hours power outage at our Warehouse (Sunday night) that needed to be resolved before our Monday morning shift started at 5am. I called EDL and they immediately connected me with Dakota. Dakota was very professional and prompt. He kept me in the loop of what was happening and worked into the night to ensure the problem got fixed!

EDL came out to my condo unit to address low water pressure in my unit. Instead of checking the unit directly first, they checked the whole building and then billed me $700 for the labor. The issue was in the unit valves and they didn’t actually fix anything or replace anything . $700 is absurd for an issue that could have been addressed in 5 min. Our company has been using EDL for a while on the plumbing side, which has been outstanding; we have recently used the electrical side of the company, and our first experience went flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.
