Jeramie, one of the electricians at EDL is the biggest reason we use them at our plant for electrical service and maintenance needs. He always goes above and beyond to help us during critical times. While quality workmanship and excellent customer service are sometimes difficult to find these days, Jeramie always delivers both.
My experience with EDL has been nothing but exceptional. Right from my first communications with Aaron and Devon going over the project details to the Instal with Wyatt and Zack, everyone was super nice and professional and their work met all my expectations and beyond. EDL came out to my condo unit to address low water pressure in my unit. Instead of checking the unit directly first, they checked the whole building and then billed me $700 for the labor. The issue was in the unit valves and they didn’t actually fix anything or replace anything . $700 is absurd for an issue that could have been addressed in 5 min.
