Walking into Edition X was a mistake I won’t be making twice. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with an attitude so cold and unwelcoming, I honestly wondered if I had interrupted a funeral. The interaction I had with what I assume was either the manager or some disgruntled employee was nothing short of miserable—condescending, dismissive, and completely lacking any sense of basic customer service.
