Wonderful experience with my daughter picking out a wedding dress. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and helpful, but we were also able to find an absolutely gorgeous dress under budget and it only took about an hour. What made it even more special is that my wife had also found her wedding dress there 30+ years ago.
I fell on the slop going into the bathroom and fell on my back and got a little dazed, and as I was walking, my legs were shaking and they brought me to a chair. And I'm they had me write out a report myself and then afterwards, as a looking around, in the shop one of my friends who was there told me that the report that they had me do out they said "don't even bother bringing in the report" and with the bathroom on the door in a letter sized plaque. Pretty dresses but the bathroom was slanted with a small at crotch level sign saying it was slanted where no one could see, one staff member seemed to care about my fiances fall in there but the other told her not to bother filing the incident report he filled out. They also cared more about the parade than customers being inside and the lady who didn't want to have the incident report filed told the other to turn off the lights so she can see the parade better. 0/10 wouldn't shop at a place like this again.
