I’ve been seeing Edith for my microneedling sessions, and the results have been amazing. She’s truly one of a kind—knowledgeable, professional, and she made the entire process feel effortless.
I’ve had a great experience with Edith for IPL hair removal. I’ve had 3/6 sessions so far. She’s been very informative each time with proper preparation and care instructions and I’ve already seen great results. I bought their discounted service on Groupon, and as soon as I arrived she told me to cancel it and pay them directly, claiming they’d match the price. That immediately felt shady. I refused, because at least the third-party platform offers some protection. Even before anything started, I felt uncomfortable. She showed zero friendliness the entire time—no smiles, just talking ,It was impossible to relax. She kept pushing products and add-ons instead of letting me enjoy the treatment.
I do not recommend this place at all. Their qualifications seem very poor, and their sanitization practices are unprofessional. Getting a treatment here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I had a procedure done two weeks ago, and my face is still red and swollen. When I called to ask about it, they just kept denying any responsibility and told me to “wait and see,” claiming it would get better. It hasn’t. Honestly, don’t risk it. Stay away from this place!
