I love this place so much! The staff is very friendly! The food is amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes the small town feeling of a restaurant! Defiantly beats any corporate restaurant!
This place is a hidden gem. Food was delicious, staff is friendly and welcoming, service was wonderful. We had the Thursday special- BBQ ribs

Their Saturday prime rib is absolutely incredible
Finally a legit "local" restaurant in Burley! Had the steak sandwich which was superb and best of all the fries are hand cut, fresh! The steak sandwich was so good, tried the prime rib special the next day and it did not disappoint! Cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. Wait times were short and the staff was very friendly! Most places are lacking on one or more criteria. Edith's was on point for all. Great food, large portions, great service, fair prices and fast! 5 out of 5 stars.

Very Friendly staff and they were able to keep our group of 20 well taken care of. We will most definitely be returning to enjoy the great food and atmosphere. Thank you Edith's for providing an awesome experience for our family!
