Really great services here, and a wonderful price. The experience is great until you get to the end when they ask for a tip. It feels like you could tip 50-100% and still get a negative reaction. If you need more of a tip- raise your prices. Customers should not feel obligated to give a tip- better yet get shamed when you offer a 20-25% one.
We really enjoyed our reflexology session. It was a totally fair price for 60 minutes. I loved the neck and back massage at the end. I tipped 25% and I still got a disappointed look. I was trying to be generous for good service. We’ll be back but I hope the great technicians understand that we’re not trying to cheat them. Maybe it’s a cultural thing - not sure - just felt a little disappointing after a pleasant experience otherwise. I appreciate their good work.
