We really enjoyed our reflexology session. It was a totally fair price for 60 minutes. I loved the neck and back massage at the end. I tipped 25% and I still got a disappointed look. I was trying to be generous for good service. We’ll be back but I hope the great technicians understand that we’re not trying to cheat them. Maybe it’s a cultural thing - not sure - just felt a little disappointing after a pleasant experience otherwise. I appreciate their good work.
Let me say this, the foot massages are amazing. Clean and comfortable are the first things you notice. I have been here 5 times. I noticed the last few times I have been in, after I pay, the staff gets an odd expression. I want to preface I pay in cash, as they charge a fee if you pay with card. I also tip 20% every time in cash as well. This time as I was leaving the gentleman who did the massage tried to pressure me into giving a higher tip. I found this very unprofessional. I just had a 45 minute foot massage for $40 and it was wonderful. It began with a warm foot soak in a wooden tub lined with plastic for cleanliness. After drying my feet, I had a wonderful foot and leg massage. I was able to use a Mandarin /English translator on my phone to communicate a foot injury and the therapist did a wonderful job accommodating my needs. I recommend this place. It was my first time here.
This is a hidden gem! I came in very tired and walked out so relaxed and my feet felt so much better. I will definitely come back on a regular basis.
