I had booked a quick wig installation, which was done well! The issue is that I was treated badly for going in without washing my hair and not having done corn rows before hand! It’s been years since I did a wig installation Edith spoke to me in a condensing manner and rudely told me that I was wasting her time for having booked the wrong service. I recently got loc extensions done by Edith. Though you have to supply your own locs, Edith takes her time and is very considerate of the loc placement as well as the overall outcome of your locs. She managed to attach the extensions to my hair which was initially very short. Overall, I’m super happy with the way my hair turned out and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!! Thank you so much :)

Appalling service. This was my first time getting sew-in extensions and it’s safe to say it was a terrible experience. When setting up my appointment, I asked Edith (salon owner) several reasonable questions to understand the process of my appointment. Went in to purchase some hair, I was happy she let me check the hair before purchasing but I found out when I got home the hair I tried was different to the one that was packaged, it had no security clips and it tangled so easily, the human hair quality is low and overall I’d just avoid buying hair from this salon. Definitely never ever going back there again.
