Appalling service. This was my first time getting sew-in extensions and it’s safe to say it was a terrible experience. When setting up my appointment, I asked Edith (salon owner) several reasonable questions to understand the process of my appointment. Her responses lacked professionalism and were condescending, as she laughed while addressing my concerns. Went in to purchase some hair, I was happy she let me check the hair before purchasing but I found out when I got home the hair I tried was different to the one that was packaged, it had no security clips and it tangled so easily, the human hair quality is low and overall I’d just avoid buying hair from this salon. Definitely never ever going back there again. Accompanied my friend 🧡 was very rude and spoke about her very disgustingly due to her having dermatitis in their language not knowing i heard everything ..... mind you she can't control it brought her own medicated shampoo , dryer and combs After the wash was done and hair was blow dried one lady went to attend a walk and the other walked outside to produce to talk on the phone NEVER AGAIN very unprofessional plus why do prices change per face?
