i went to this location. the first picture is hair being left out the braid. the same for second picture. they left my real hair out. they didn’t put the boho in right. it was sticking out my buns & on top on that at the bottom of my braid she got boho stuck into other braids & i had to cut it out ! highly disappointed. would not recommend & took entirely too long.

I was very disappointed. at first excited because I shared the style of Marley twists I wanted and they ensured it was achievable. I made an appointment at 1 PM. They didn’t get started until almost 2:30 PM and the person doing my hair kept asking about the style and referring to the picture. She also kept doing some parts repeatedly. I basically got like senegalese twists paying $180 + $55 for hair and the hair was only 16” in length. The size is wrong as well. MY UPDATED REVIEW 2025: I've been coming here since I moved to this side of town in 2019. It's always been cool. I didn't like the fact that they only took cash but I dealt with it. I didn't like the fact that they had the heat on in the summertime but I understand where they are from versus where they're living now. So I suck it up and I don't say anything. I deal with it. I’ve been here a few times and if you want a fair and honest review here i am. First off these women are African so there can be a style / language barrier. I’d you want super specific and detailed braids please go to a braider on IG. They’re awesome quality at knotless braids for sure. People say they can be rude but it’s kinda like talking to someone and they don’t understand what you’re saying they’re not trying to be rude they just didn’t understand what you said . Just got hair done not even a week ago. My braids are not all the same length just the fronts long and they claim the hair only short cause it's back braids never have I heard of that. Saw some of my braids already unraveling. I will be going to make them rectify and I will never return again. People pay a lot for them to do piss poor service!
