Dumped as a patient with no notice, can no longer get my respiratory or heart medication. Even when using her as primary care ive had her just leave the room as im trying to ask questions or explain something. Nearly got me fired from my job previously because she refused to both write a letter excusing me from work or allowing me to return to work. Will be filing an official complaint to the Nevada medical board.
Horrible!!!!! Came here to establish a new primary care physician for myself and for my son. How can someone establish care for a patient without doing a physical exam? Charged the co-pay for insurance upfront. The medical assistant was great. Then we are waiting for over 25 minutes for him to come back to say “oh, she has a problem signing the form for football because this is just to establish as a patient. That now has to be two separate appointments. Do you still want her to come in?” I say “well I guess I have no choice... read more
Edith Berenjnaya, APRN should be completely removed from patient care. She lacks integrity, compassion, and empathy, the three pillars of patient care. Her equally inept nurse took offense when I mentioned that the address on my receipt needed to be updated. Said inept and insecure nurse informed me that it was correct in the computer, to which I stated, “ok, that’s fine. Terrible encounter. Examination notes riddled with falsehoods. Not the only one—check other reviews. This isn't the standard for healthcare.
