We have been renting homes from Edisto Realty for about 20 years and we have always had wonderful experiences! The homes are always clean and maintained regardless of age. They have been very responsive in the couple of issues we have had! I travel a lot, for work and for pleasure, and they are as good as it gets!

I’m writing the review I wish I had been able to read before booking Sea Cabin at 3116 Palmetto. The price was low for a beach front property, so we were expecting rustic and few, if any, updates. However, Sea Cabin is run down and in serious need of a deep clean. There is a thick layer of dirt and cobwebs around the rotting wood on the porch. The office staff there is an absolute delight to do business with. Love the recommendations they give for contractors.
OWERS BEWARE! We would not recommend Edisto Sales & Rentals Realty to other property owners. Communication was consistently poor. Emails and phone calls frequently went unanswered, and we often had to follow up repeatedly just to receive basic responses, and we rarely did. We were charged $90 for a remote to be replaced and delivered that costs roughly $20.
