Just like the previous reviews here from Lucinda Christianson and Jeff W., I was blown off in rude fashion after applying for a job they'd posted. Clear, willful, "pro-active ignoring" (I have a copyright on that term... LOL) of my repeated friendly attempts to get a response about the application and resume I'd sent for a job listing. Called to remove ourselves from auto pay after they sold our apartment property to another management firm. They assured us we were removed, but we were billed again, wrongfully without notice. Let me state we did not receive a letter to terminate our auto billing after the transition to another management firm. We also lost access to the website during the transition which we were not notified of. We only were informed of new management after process was already carried out. When applying for a unit at The Hue, we ran into a bit of a blockade that required the assistance of a Manager. Jacky Nelson assisted my son with his application and was fantastic. Her services and professionalism were first class and she made sure that we were happy and taken care of. Every transaction has bumps, but it's how those bumps are handled that truly reflect a companies worth. Edison 47 and Jacky were top notch!
they don't care. We have sent them messages and never contacted us back As of March 2023 we are receiving rental help from HUD-VASH. Everything was turned in and set to go. Now the apartment complex, Sinclair Apartment Homes in Port Orchard, WA, is harassing us due to housing taking forever to get April rent to them. They gave us a 30 day notice due to that as we have already paid our portion of rent. We don't want anything from them, we just want others to know and be careful went renting from property management Edison 47
