I’ve been living here for a few months now and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The apartment is updated, spacious, and generally very quiet. I especially appreciate how zero noise comes from my next-door neighbors. While I can hear some footsteps from the upstairs apartment due to the floors creaking, it’s not excessive and the rest of the community remains peaceful. Overall, location is awesome. Your in the middle of everything you need from grocery shopping to malls to entertainment and restaurants. I have been living here over 10yrs . My intention was not to be here this long, but due to the economy and changes over the yrs, this has been the most convenient living space for the time being. Maintenance team is very friendly and responds really fast, Rafael Batista did a great job with his work I needed on my apartment for maintenance. This place is very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick customer service response time and a clean spacious residence.
Kevin has been to our apartment a few times to assist with issues. The A/C was broken during the summer. The back door was replaced and most recently he was here replacing our Hot Water Heater. He is an absolute professional. Friendly and very respectful and courteous. We are grateful to have him as one of our hardworking maintenance men
Rafael was great! He fixed my freezer and my tub in 30min! He said he helps with the complex and I will say that it looks great! The pothole in the beginning is still an eyesore but other then that great job👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
