I’ve been living here for a few months now and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The apartment is updated, spacious, and generally very quiet. I especially appreciate how zero noise comes from my next-door neighbors. While I can hear some footsteps from the upstairs apartment due to the floors creaking, it’s not excessive and the rest of the community remains peaceful. I have been living in Edison Woods for the past 10months and the apartment is beautiful and spacious and it’s location is just perfect. The community has a nice kids’ playground. Also, the maintenance is fast and amazing. Today, Steven and Abid completed some plastering work and it’s flawless. Thank you all for your amazing work. And I am happy to live here.
Apartments are very spacious with a decent equipment. The maintenance team is very good especially Rafael Batista he been maintaining our apartment for the past 2.5 years of living here. He always get it done with in 24hr from putting in the request and extremely friendly he is always welcoming and nice to my kids every time he come to fix anything. This apartment group need more crew like Rafael always nice and find ways to fix things with in a friendly time frame.
Hello Edison woods management, I want to appreciate 👉 Rafael Bautista for the below incident I had an emergency issue with hot water and a bathroom power outage. After calling the emergency number, the service technician arrived within 10 minutes, which was extremely impressive. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. Since then, I have not faced the issue again. I really appreciate his prompt response, professionalism, and excellent service. Thank you for the great support.
Beautiful place to live and enjoy the quiet area. Spacious and large rooms to move around in. Been living in Edison Woods for 15 years. Maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful workers. They always make sure to fix everything as soon as you put your work order in. Thank you Abid, Steven, Kevin and Angel. They are friendly, kind and polite. Gladly to call this my home.
