I’ve been living here for a few months now and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The apartment is updated, spacious, and generally very quiet. David and Steven did an outstanding job fixing the AC vents in my apartment. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to make sure everything was working properly. They were also incredibly respectful, kind, and courteous throughout the entire visit. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing great service. I really appreciate their help.

Rafael was great! He fixed my freezer and my tub in 30min! He said he helps with the complex and I will say that it looks great! The pothole in the beginning is still an eyesore but other then that great job👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This review is in regard to a maintenance call I made. Not only is the repair already completed, but it is completed to my satisfaction and beyond. Rafael was an excellent help! He was knowledgeable and came in and got the job done quickly and resourcefully. I was very impressed with his work as compared to some of the other maintenance workers that have come to work on my repairs. I hope that Middlesex Management continues to hire more staff of this caliber!

Huge thanks to our maintenance technician Rafael Batista for doing an excellent job fixing our windows and doors. The draft is completely gone, and our apartment feels noticeably warmer and more comfortable. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. We really appreciate the quality work!
