As a nurse myself I never seen unprofessional nurses and doctors they do not take there patients seriously and I’m a patient myself I don’t recommend any patients going here I would seek a different provider.
He missed polyps and refused to take care of a bleeding issue. The nursing staff that I dealt with just did not take me seriously. I ended up in the hospital needing a unit of blood.
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My wife recently got off the phone with a nurse named Julie regarding a medication. Talk about rude. My poor wife was crying by the time she got off the phone with Julie because of how unprofessional and insensitive she was. I don’t care how bad your day is or what could cause a person to be so rude, but if you’re in the nursing field, you can’t literally tell patients that the issue is not your problem when this clinic is a key part in approving her medication with insurance. I’ve only seen him once so far, but he was kind & knowledgable & got back to me with the results of every test on the same day I took it. He’s booked out for months, but I got an appt with his NP Katlyn Hansen in the mean time who was patient with explaining treatment options & and additional tests. I’m happy & feel good about the plan going forward.
He's been my doctor for several years and was very swiftly able to identify my problem and issues and was able to do more than I ever thought was possible to help. Am forever grateful to of found him as my Dr, even when I was suffering and at my worst and wasn't respectful him and his staff have always been there for me. Thank you for all you do
