I had a car accident recently and was referred here for pain management. I would like to acknowledge the kindness and attentiveness of Dr. Anup Patel and his staff. Shoutout to Lyn and Ashley in the front desk who are very knowledgeable with insurance stuff as well as the young lady who took my vitals (sorry I forgot her name). Greedy doctor, he don’t know treatment, I have back pain he directly suggested injection he said you get better, I agreed and he did 1 injection within week I got my pain worse so he said you have to take 1 more injection which I did at the time he said anytime your pain come back come back directly so went back after sometime, they refuse to take me and giving me 2 months later appointment which is insane. Dr. Patel and his staff are phenomenal. Very professional and on top of things. He spends time and listens to your concerns. His staff is also great with appointment reminders and following up with your well being after procedures. The office is kept clean and I never experience long wait times.
