So I went to this Dr Matt 2 years ago and never went back recently I found out that he had charged my nj cure insurance company for over 100 visits! The worst part is when I asked the lawyer Axelrod and Levene for my transcript, that's how I found out about all the fraudulent charges, but he actually forged my signature on every document unfortunately it's obviously not my signature. ...See you in court "doc"
