These guys are middle men who try to sell your loan to the bigger guys with the money. I wouldn't use them as I had a bad experience. I lost the home inspection of $325. Then I lost half the escrow money of $2,000. They kept stringing us along for over 2 months. They had lots of excuses. I would have rather had them just tell me "NO" and get it over with with real quick. I one point I offered to put down $60,000 on a deal that was $118K.
