**WARNING** THEY WILL SUE YOU IF YOUR RENT IS A FEW DAYS LATE!!! DON’T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOUR RENT WILL BE NEVER LATE. I have been renting for 10+ years and see this for the first time! Everything else is slow including maintenance and repairs and they only want the money and don’t care about anything else!
Called about a small leak I noticed under my sink. I called late in the day on Wednesday and Charlie came early in the day on Thursday to take a look. Simple fix needed, very polite and courteous staff member.
