Really educational and a very good combo of indoor and outdoor exhibits.....both for kids and adults.
Wonderful, educational exhibits. Beautiful grounds, easy pace, lovely way to spend the day. Also took the 2:00 boat cruise. Captain Jim and his first mate Mark were great! Offered lots of information about the area in general. And we saw dolphins! I learned more than I expected and had a wonderful time. Lunch at Pincher's was delicious.
This place is fabulous, great for family to visit!
Really a beautiful place to visit. I've toured the grounds before but this was my first time seeing the Christmas lights display. It was really great we took our 7 year old niece and she loved it. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Will keep going back!
We had a fantastic time visiting the Edison and Ford winter estates. The outdoor gardens, the multiple species of trees and bushes were fantastic. The banyon trees were my favorite followed closely with the bamboo. We loved all the grounds and looking at the homes was also great. The old cars and the museums with all the memorabilia helped one understand what Mr. Edison specifically helped create with his team of capable folks.
Wonderful place :) Love it. It's a lot of history about the 2 man who made America run on wheels :)
We planned a visit for a guided tour to see this amazing estate during Holiday Nights. Susie our guide was great. She told us many personal stories about the Edison and Ford families life at the Estate. The trees and beautiful flowers are quite amazing. We were 22 in our group "Twisted Turtles" and everyone had a great evening.
I took the guided tour during the Holiday Nights Event. The historian was wonderful. I learned an amazing amount while walking through the beautiful estate and seeing a beautiful Christmas display. I will go back.
