Very cool place. Worth it to go. Leave enough time for the museum and tour.
Edison & Ford Winter Estates is one of my favorite places I've ever been! Everything you'd want it to be... exceptionally authentic restoration. So interesting with abundant history. The homes are beautiful! Give yourself a good 3 hours to stroll the grounds with your audio wand. There are abundant informative plaques to read, too. Very nice and reasonably priced gift shops x 2. What a shame to see so much devastation caused by hurricane Irma to this delightful place. So many historical trees missing and the grounds in various states of repair. Buildings pretty much survived, however, and still worth a visit. Museum is so educational. We will be back.

Lots to see and do not to mention the beautiful landscape. The staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable on the history and displays. I would recommend anyone to work this into their itinerary to Florida.

Es war wirklich toll & historisch interessant, aber mit 25 $ recht teuer, für das, was man geboten bekommt (aber immerhin Audioguide auf Deutsch). Aber die Erhaltung des Parks und der Häuser muss ja irgendwie finanziert werden.
