Pathetic customer service experience. As a customer, I had to constantly follow up, and even then, they missed their own deadlines—only to shift the blame onto the insurance company. There was absolutely no effort to see things from the customer’s point of view. They don’t seem to understand that being without glasses is a serious issue—it’s not just an inconvenience. I got my frames and contacts, first time wearing contacts: doctor and team guided me through the process with great expertise and patience, third time was the charm for me due to astigmatism in my lenses. A very family oriented vibe, highly recommend.
