I cannot recommend Edison more. I have over 1100 miles on my bike and have had no issues. I only found only a couple bikes that were comparable in quality but they were more unwieldy and heavy. It's also nice to be part of a local business/community. Ann and Ryan are great.

Edison makes the best electric bike I've ever ridden! I was lucky enough to snag one of the new models and it's great in every dimension: range, speed, power, and comfort. I really like that the frame looks and rides like a normal bike. Plus, it's pretty light weight by e-bike standards. Not only are the bikes great but the people and community are great too! I'm thrilled with my Edison bike and have had so much fun exploring town in a different way. Edison's local, personal service is awesome, and I can always reach out with any questions. It's made my first time e-bike experience easy and fun. They also host fun group rides! I love being part of the Edison family.
The charge point on my bike (a White V2) stopped working recently and the repair experience was brilliant. Not only is it fixed, I got to meet the founder and designer of the Edison bike. Everyone was lovely and I have a working bike again. Buying a local e-bike was the best decision and Edison is all that.
