I’ve had intermittent issues with my bike’s electrical system and honestly it’s super frustrating that I can’t even speak to a person over the phone. Now my bike’s power has failed ~7 miles from home, and I still can’t get someone to answer the phone to help troubleshoot, just a bad AI bot. I had an issue charging my cargo bike and was able to book an appointment on their website for the very next day. As I got to the shop, Ryan already understood the issue from the support ticket I had submitted the night before, which was impressive. Since he designed the bike, he had a great sense of exactly what to check. Sure enough—voilà—it took no time at all to get the bike back into working condition. I own a bike from 2021 and needed to buy a new charger. I ran into some confusion from staff about which model worked (and ended up ordering the wrong one). The owner, Ryan, reached out and personally hand delivered a correct charger to my house free of charge, made sure it fit my bike, and even took a look at my brake pads to determine if I needed a service appt. The quality is exceptional and they truly care about their bikes and the customer's experience.
