I absolutely love my Edison e-bike! I really wanted to find a locally made, close to home business for this purchase. I also wanted a solid, well made e-bike that would last a long time. These guys were a perfect fit. Locally owned, great/friendly service and advice, and reasonably priced products.
Mark did a superior job in helping me get a truly good fit on my nearly new Edison step through! His long time experience as a bicycle mechanic and rider was just the ticket for me to switch from being a long time, adventurous road bike enthusiast to an adventurous old lady, comfortably riding an e-bike with correctly adjusted seat height, lowered handlebars, and 45 degree angled breaks. I’ve had intermittent issues with my bike’s electrical system and honestly it’s super frustrating that I can’t even speak to a person over the phone. Now my bike’s power has failed ~7 miles from home, and I still can’t get someone to answer the phone to help troubleshoot, just a bad AI bot.
