Super rude staff member behind the desk (not all staff had poor customer service, but one staff member left a bad taste in my mouth). Oral surgeon was nice. Received a bill for $125 added to the $75 copay, called in to pay it and the receptionist had some serious attitude- hung up on me the first time. Poor tone and short with responses. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I'm calling to pay my bill before it's due and you're getting upset with me... won't be returning for dental help.
I was recommended here and they told me they dealt with TMJ issues. I went on to tell them about how much discomfort I was in and pain and could not eat and they said they could help. I waited three weeks for an appointment to get there have an X-ray taken and told they can’t help and referred me to another dr that I can’t get into for a month.
