I had my old Sultanabad/Mahal rug cleaned by this company and the results were excellent. The rug is hand-knotted Wool and had not been professionally cleaned in many years. The pickup team handled it carefully and explained the full rug cleaning process before taking it away. When the rug came back about a week later, the colors looked richer and the texture felt softer. They even managed to remove old stains near the border. Very reliable Persian rug cleaning service.

I had a really great experience with their Oriental rug cleaning service. My hand knotted wool rug had a few stains and was starting to look dull. They came to my home, explained the rug cleaning process clearly, and took it to their facility. About a week later, it was delivered back looking noticeably brighter and much cleaner. The colors really came back to life. I also appreciated how smooth the pickup and delivery were. Overall, very professional service.

There’s something really satisfying about seeing a rug return in better condition than you remember buying it. My antique silk rug looked tired, faded, and darker than usual. After the factory cleaning, it came back glowing literally. The sheen on the silk returned, and the woven borders looked sharp again.
