Through MyChart, they would never let me know if the prescription was sent to my drugstore and they would never let me know if the prescription was denied. I would either have to call them or the drugstore if the prescription was denied. The doctor I had was very forgetful. I wouldn’t recommend this location. They’re very snooty. They didn’t treat me like a patient. They treated me like I was a fool. Why? Because I have welfare? Not everyone can afford the very best insurance.
