My microwave was letting out sparks and it was stressing me out so much! I was so afraid a fire would start if I didn’t do anything about the problem, so I called Edison Appliance Repair Service. The repairman told me replacing the waveguide cover would stop the sparks from happening again and I was so relieved. It was a small appliance repair, but it guaranteed my safety in the kitchen. Edison Appliance Repair Service’s technician came out immediately when I called for washing machine repair. He examined the unit to figure out why it wouldn’t spin, and told me that the drive belt was broken. He replaced the belt and the machine was back in the job.
Edison Appliance Repair Service was excellent in restoring my washer back in working order. It stopped abruptly and I had no idea why. It turned out that the motor was overheating and needed time to cool down before it starts again. To keep that from happening again, the technician applied thorough washer repair, which impressed me earnestly.
Our garbage disposer was clogged so I asked assistance from a trusted company. Their repairman arrived promptly and figured out the starchy paste formed by potato peels clogged the drain. Worst company ever. Their website says same day service. But the day I called (at 8am) they didn't have same day service. So I scheduled for 4 days later. The day before the service visit they called to confirm the appointment and the 4 hour time window. On the day if the appointment my 3 hour window went by but no repair person showed up at my house nor did anyone call me. I called the company they said they would call me back after checking on ETA.
